What is your return/refund/exchange policy?

Before submitting a request for return or exchange, please note that returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

-- The returned item(s) must be received by Five Four within 30 days of purchase.
-- The returned item(s) must have the original tags attached.
-- The returned item(s) must be unworn and in new condition.

If the above criteria is met, please follow these instructions to process your return:

  1. 1. Send an email to support@fivefourclothing.com requesting a return and include your full name, order number on your Five Four Store receipt and reason for return or exchange.

  2. 2. A support representative will respond to your request within two (2) business days with a return shipping label from Stamps.com. The label must be printed within 48 hours or the link will expire and Five Four will not reissue a second one. Package must include a copy of the invoice with the item(s) you wish to return/exchange circled and either return or the exchange size specified.

  3. 3. Once you have shipped your return, please respond to our support representative at support@fivefourclothing.com with date you shipped the item.

  4. 4. Upon receipt of the return, we will issue a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase within 2 business days. You can expect to see the credit on your billing statement within 2 weeks after the return is received. Please note our refund policy below:

After receiving the returned item, Five Four will credit the customer's account for the original purchase price. Five Four will not refund original shipping & handling fees except in case of manufacturer's defect or warehouse mistake, which needs to be mentioned either through email or as a note with the returned items. Five Four will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Five Four. (see below for details). Five Four will not re-ship any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete.

Please note: If an order is sent back to the warehouse due to insufficient or incorrect address or due to no answer, the order will be cancelled and a 5 dollar restocking fee as well as shipping charges will be retained.
