Stopped by my friend's development in downtown LA today, the Haas Building and Loft Seven.
My friend Julien's father in law is in the final touches of his latest project; Haas Building and LoftSeven in Downtown LA. Five Four was privileged to take a tour of the property today.
First, the tour started at with LoftSeven, which is at the penthouse level of the building, and especially designed for private events, filming, etc.

It even has a bathroom in the space, exclusive to the bedroom in there though, hot!
